alright... here is a question... is it true that you tend to lose
fat from the top down? I heard once that the reason we have the most problems with our butts and thighs and
fat is because the
fat on the top of our
body gets toned down first....
it would make sense looking at my own
body - my arms are looking fabulous, and my stomach is just starting to get there... but my thighs are way flabby... I know that you can't spot reduce, but is there anything i can do to help this process, or do i just have to stick it out until the
fat burning gets there?
