I dont know..i kind of thought the same thing. I eat my 1200 cal..and i work out every day. I do the eliptical for 40 minutes keeping my heart rate from 160-170. It just came off. But, I know the first few pounds is mostly water weight. Then when i stepped on the scale feeling like i should have lost like 5 pounds and only saw one pound gone...just frusterated me. I thought it might have been my period but wanted to check in here and see if anyone had experienced the same. Glad that you have too
