| Tiredness has been a big problem for me also even more so once I started eating properly but at about the 12th week in I noticed a huge difference. I wasn’t waking up as tired anymore either. I have found that im not as depressed as I was and im having more fun. You should get some photos of yourself now because you will be surprised at how quick your body will be changing, and you wont notice it until you see the before and after photos. Take photos about once every 4 months you will love it and see all your hard work is making a difference. Good luck with your weight loss your doing better than you think. |
