I saw that too...it looked like heaven!! I emailed him to ask about it, and he said:
"Its a chemical based
diet in the sense that the foods you eat cancel each other and speeds up your metabolism and provides a
body cleanse".
But i think it's mainly to do with water weight, as a lot of diets that promise really fast
weight loss actually work on the scales, as you lose a lot of water weight, but as soon as that is replaced, it goes back up again!
I think the slow steady
weight loss is the best, though it's the most irritating!! I would love to be able to lose 18lbs in 4 days!!
