There is a Weight Watchers cookbook out there that has really good
recipes and at the beginning of the book it shows you the point system, where you find your weight and how many points you're allowed to eat in the day. It's called "Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook". I know you can buy it on Amazon or if you happen to have a Costco nearby you can buy it there. Well at least I know they had it cause that's where I bought mine.
I would say that cookbook gives you a little bit of a start.
