Rep Power: 0 | | | New Baby & a Newbie Yes, I had my youngest daughter April 27th, and I am now trying to lose the "baby weight". I posted all about it in my "newbie" post so I won't bore you with the details, again, but I'm here to offer any advice or support...or to just rant to if you feel the need (I understand completely)

I have some great info on a cleansing and fat burning system that actually detoxifies the body and one of the side effects is weight loss. It's a very healthy way to lose weight, not one of those fad diets that are so unhealthy.
My husband and I did a 9 day cleanse and I lost 8lbs and 13.5 inches and he lost 20lbs and 27 inches! We were so impressed, especially him as he's never been able to stick to anything but now we don't have cravings for junk food anymore. It's been wonderful.
It's been very rewarding being able to help so many people finally lose weight and I'd be happy to help. Feel free to PM me.

Rep Power: 0 | | Wow, it's been a while since my last post, sorry for the delay in responding....
The 9 day cleanse I did was with Isagenix... Welcome to Isagenix, World Leader in Nutritional Cleansing
I've kept the weight off now for 2 years and they also recently came out with healthy "super chocolate" that is absolutely wonderful. The richest, decadent chocolate you've ever tasted that actually boosts energy, decreases appetite and puts you in a good mood due to the nutrients and amino acids that are in there. Now we get to treat ourselves while we are losing fat and inches!
I'd be happy to help you through the process.... |

Rep Power: 10 | | | Down to Prepregnancy weight Hi all- I have two boys - my first son just turned 2 - I was 158 when I got pregnant with him and tried my hardest to stay under 200 - I delivered at 196. Luckily, I was able to lose all that pregnancy weight before I got pregnant again with my second. My starting and delivery weights were about the same. My second baby boy( 9lb 15 oz) just turned 7 months old.
This go around has been a struggle to get the weight off. Having 2 babies changes everything - the are usually never asleep at the same time. You never have time for yourself and talk about exhausted. So for the first 5 months I did not exercise much - I did cardio in blocks of 10 minutes throughout the day. I read somewhere on the internet that 10 minutes 3 times a day has the same benefits as 30 minutes once per day. I didn't breast feed so I was able to cut my calories to 1200 a day. My son is finally sleeping throught the night - so my husband and I have incorporated some weight training - this happens around 10:00pm.
As of this morning, I weigh 156 - so I am actually a little below my pre-pregnancy weight!!! Now on to the the goal of 135.

Rep Power: 7 | | Hey there.. I just had my 2nd son 5 weeks ago and am not yet even sleeping enough to have the energy to exercise. Has any one heard of "milk going sour" with exercise and breastfeeding??
I am SO eager to loose this extra 15-20 lbs and start wearing my old cloths again. I'm stuck between the dreaded maternity cloths and my old stuff.

Rep Power: 0 | | | New with 10 lbs to lose still Hey all,
My little (6 weeks and 13 lbs) baby is nursing well. However, the last 10 pounds are sitting tight - due to my inactivity. I'm a writer about weight-loss issues, and I've got my own 10 lbs (actually 30 lbs total - 20 lbs from before pregnancy) that I'd like to lose. It's awesome to be in the industry..lots of ideas about weight loss floating around in my head. I just need to get myself active so they can start working Maybe we can help each other. |

My second baby is over a year old. She is a joy but she cost me 40 pounds! I just stopped nursing her and started to really focus on watching my weight.
I made a weight loss bracelet which has helped me. I have gotten in to crafting which is keeping my hands busy too!
The sleep deprivation is the big killer for me. I am too tired to go to the gym but if I went to the gym I would have more energy! It is so hard! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode
