I know people lose weight for vanity purposes- i'm one of them... but to be so overly concerned about lose skin before even beginning to lose weight... well...
there's an expression about crossing that bridge when you come to it -

Rep Power: 0 | | | hi, um yeah i'm new and i'm a 'kid' compared to you guys, (16) but um i have that loose skin too, but i do tae-bo and lift weights, i even do an ab workout video, but nothing see,s to help. i'm at a loss. and it's killing my motivation and self esteem. i have extra skin on my abs, arms, and thighs, and its just not attractive, and i don't know what to do. i've been doing that routine for about 4 months now and have gotten no results at all.... can anyone help?.... |

4 months is nothing! Takes up to a couple of years to recover from several years damage! |

I don't see what all of the concern is about. |  I like this post,I always prepared myself that I was going to have hanging stomach skin .I started off at nearly 350lbs and 34 years old with a 56" waist,The goal for me is a 36" waist, flat or sagging I could not care less a big hanging belly does not suddenly pull itself up and in,pulling in will do for me,short of surgery you cant alter it anyway.
