LOL Well..thanks for the advice.
What sort of
exercises should I start out doing?
Cardio galore and cut down on eating a bit?
Let me know...I was never one who was able to keep a healthy
diet.
I either would eat waaay to much and not exercise at all...or become obsessive (when I was anorexic and bulimic) and end up hurting myself. I just want to be healty.
