Congratulations on everyone for doing so well!
I am just completing Day 10 on the program and I am loving it!
I, too, am a serial weigher
and just jumped on the scales before bed and 77.9kg!!!
So then I had to run off and find the tape measure and check my measurements and it shows a loss of 18.5cm!
I can't believe it! I am so happy that I am not even tired anymore! But have lots of computer training tomorrow so must try to calm down and get some sleep!
You all give me so such motivation from reading about your experiences - Thank you!
