Hi All,

Jewls - Id appreciate you letting me kno when the next one will be. Thanks.

On the weighing theory, my Dr has always told me the best time to weigh for a consistancy is in the morning, which Im sure we all agree upon.

I really find when the weather isnt the best, which is the case here in Melbourne, that I have a tendancy to want to eat more so as apposed to in the warmer weather. As well as drinking the water is more difficult. Does anyone else have that problem? I came very close to having another apple today, which would have meant none tonight, or maybe a third. I dont want to go there, as reading what some of you have written, indicates that that is where the deviation starts. And that AINT gonna happen with this little black duck.

I was shopping with a client yesterday, and she was so excited when she saw the difference in my body shape. So much so, that when I was telling her I was about to start Cohens a few weeks ago, whilst passing shops that "regular" women buy clothes in, I would tell her how I was going to be in one of the dresses she was admiring, a size 12, she basically ignored me. (It was quite evident that she didnt believe I would manage to stick out the diet and that it would be quite some time before any real results were visable). Yesterday however, she was pointing out size 12 dresses, telling me that I was going to be wearing them soon. Quite amusing I thought. A reversal of roles. LOL

I really am astounded at the speed of the results. I have NEVER EVER witnessed anything like it. And I have done everything that was ever put out there. Gloria Marshall, Jenny Craig, Nutri-System, Herbal Life, (That wasnt too bad, but not anywhere as good as Cohens) Natropaths diets, Beverley Hills Diet, CSIRO Diet, Weight Watchers, Injections from Drs with secret herbs and spices proclaming amazing results etc.........AJeans that I just tried on 2 weeks before I started this new way of life, and they were so tight around my thighs and calves that they looked idiotic so threw them back in the cupboard in disgust, that now, 3 wks later, (first tried them back on on Tuesday) are so lose around the legs and butt that they look baggy and I need to wear a belt to keep them up.

Well, busy time of day for me now, as kids are home from school, Ive come home from work, and time to do those lovely daily chores. Enough of my dribble.
