i've been playing around in the different threads relating to this forum.... how cool! we have seperate areas for information... i've just finished writing about what prompted me to join

weight loss poll! how cool!, i throughly reccomend keeping this post as the "chat" and "Update" room (which is what we used the last one for anyway!) and utilizing all the other great areas!
