Hey Guys,
Today my dad and I took my dog to class and usually we stop off afterward to get a hotdog at Costco's food court, if you have had them you know they are delicious. Anyway, I didn't stop because I didn't know how many
calories were in the hotdog, but then I looked online for nutritional information and found some.
What is the Nutrition Information for Items in the Costco Food Court?
Just posting for anyone else that wants to know...
The hotdog is like 560, and that is A LOT, but I think I'll have to get one once in a while and not deprive myself of it, as long as I stay in caloric range for the day.
