Hi there everyone......I am new to the forum also, but have been reading your posts daily for the past 2 weeks. So much happens in 2 weeks.
this is my 2nd time on Cohens (first time interupted by family issues) of which I am at the begining of my 3rd week.
I do have a question for anyone who can help; my weight-loss has practically stalled this past week, loosing 3.6kg in week 1, week 2 only saw 1kg......I am sticking to the plan as prescribed and my
body is even in ketosis???
Is there a problem if you stick to the same meals each day? I tend to stick with my favourite each day?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.....I am determined to finish.....
