The more I read, the more articles I find...even webMD supports including this fruit in your
diet and they don't typically jump on "the band wagon." I just thought the bottle was cute. lol And look what I happened upon.
The brand that I have, has planted "orchards" (? not sure if that's the word I'm looking for) out in California. I was just looking at my bottle, it's a 16 oz bottle, 160 cals, 0 from
fat and 0 cholestorol/protein, 33 grams of sugar and 340 mg of potassium, 39 g of carbs. Vitamin A 4%, Vitamin C 0%, Calcium 2%, Iron 0%. Not bad...I wouldn't OD on it, but not bad.
It has more antioxidants that green tea or red wine....not a bad little fruit...and you can decorate your home with it.

It NEVER ends with this thing! On the POM Wonderful site it has some yummy sounding
recipes for Pomegranate foods and drinks. I think I want a POMTINI!
