I hit the
gym in the morning and my guesstimate of 240 lbs was dead on. Got in 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, didn't do
weights or a second run on the machine, but was satisfied with the brief run I did.
Not much else to say. Today after work I want to do some 2 sets on the
weights, then the thirty minutes, then another two sets. Short, but decent workout that'll still get me home in time to look after the baby before I go to bed.
I've got two weeks to go until I'm off midnights and work dayshifts again. I need to get a few
pounds off by then so I can fit into my uniform better, since rules are not as lax as they are on midnights.
