sorry jod i'm here but wasnt feelin well and takin break from site. but im still truckin along just wanting to maintain my loss for now. (lol the minute i said that i broke my plateau
) dont worry about those last STUBBORN
pounds. if you keep working they will eventually come off. i swear my plateau was like 3 to 4 months long where i was stuck and i was so frustrated, but that drove me even more.
i have a 5 yr old boy and 4 year old boy/girl twins. cant believe it took so long to start losin weight
