I just wanted to introduce myself, I am new to the boards and just love it! I have been on this
weight loss kick since april of 04 at 220 lbs., then had a breast reduction in december (DDD to a C). Then I just got stuck around 175-178, now I am trying again. I love all the great tips I get from you all!
