You're a brilliant writer and very well educated. I think you'll have no problem achieving your
goal. I too don't weigh myself often. I believe in results - basically the kind I feel. I do however regret not weighing myself on 'day one' just for accuracy sake. I know i was heavier than 371 but can't prove it so I go with a factual number.
Anyway, I agree, any diabetic-type
diet is a great weight loser AND a healthy
diet even for non-diabetics.
