if you want to lose 120 or een 150lbs in 1 year, do 1 hour of
cardio everyday, well dont start off at 1 hour for your first month do atleast 30mins or 25 mins and slowly move up.
I did that for 1 year from September 2005 to Now and I am at 200lbs or so. Also eat 1500
calories a day no more, since your a girl maybe 1200 and drink lots of water.
Also I have to admit, I did eat subs every day almost from subway lol, subway
diet. I rarely ate any junk also and no pop.
Its not impossible, its more mental then anything.
I still have to start a heavy cycle of weight training now to lose any flab I have, tone up more. I still have too much
body fat %.
