| Update Just for an experiment, I just edited my survey to see what results I would get if I hadn't have changed lifestyle i.e. as if my lifestyle and problems were unchanged from last year.
My result Real Age was 48.6. Thats right, almost ten years difference. If I was living the way that I was living last year (e.g. overweight, heartburn, poor sex, bad food, drinking too much beer, no exercise at all, etc), then my calculated Realage would be 48.6. Because I now go running, strength training, drink less booze, have lost my excess bodyweight, eat my greens, fibres etc - my RealAge has improved to 38.8 years.
Theres inspiration for anyone thinking about learning to live! It really does make you younger - 10 years younger!
