I suppose it's going to give a different result now I'm exercising to one I'd have had a few months ago - like TF says, could be 10 years difference.
On the questions; I know I'm pretty laid back, but my heartrate was too low for their scales! Mine came in at 42 beats - the scale only started at 45!
Oooer, I'm worried now - am I about to pop my clogs?
Anyway, it's all very well getting the scores low - just be careful crossing the road peeps or it'll all stand for nothing!
