Nemesis my 1 friend told me to start weight training and he knows his stuff, he was a goalie in the ohl and he has like a crazy
body, 7%
body fat on it.
Anyway he is telling me to still do my 1 hour of
cardio but also 1 hour of a weight program he is going to tell me to use. Also for
diet I have to avoid white rice which I still eat sometimes, He also told me to eat lots and lots of tuna, well he is helping me out when he comes back from his trip.
