Congrats on your weightloss so far i started Cohens on the 11/12 and i weigh in on the 9 Jan, I haven't weighed and only measured once but i can already feel the difference. The only day I deviated was xmas. I am proud to say that I did not give into chocolate i have a nuerotic sweet tooth as well and their is choccie everywhere in house at the moment but i have not caved.
