diet isn't really a
diet! It's a "Way"!
Our bodies dont need added salts and sugars, our bodies don't need processed foods and preservatives and our bodies dont need more substance provided than it is capable to process.
Our bodies need "proper fuels" fed to it in a consistent fashion in order to function as a lean mean "I fit in the clothes I wore in High School" machine. Proper fuels are derived from raw, lean foods (vegetables, fruits, lean meats, beans, nuts, grains). We've heard it our entire lifes...The food pyramid was explained to us in elementary school....Michael Thurmond has resurrected the concept and IT WORKS!
Feed your
body consistently throughout the day with foods that motivate your metabolism (determined by your
body type) and keep moving......
I've been on the
diet 7 days and...as he'd stated....have lost a pant size!!! I'm full ALL OF THE TIME, yet eager to eat to continue losing.
It doesn't get any better....it's healthy and it works!!! Well I'm off to the
treadmill!
