Hey Kimmy,

If you find yourself wanting to take a bite of that peanut butter sandwich or those roast potatos, chew your gum allowance! I always find that when im feeling peckish and its not my meal time, that the gum can curb the feeling! And make sure you keep a bottle of water nearby too, drinking lots of water should help with that too.
