I have always followed weight watcher points, it seem to be the easiest system for me, since i never want to give up my wine, beer and pizza. It really is the best lifestyle plan I have seen. If you lack discipline and need more rules and structure I would not recommend it. I try to eat most of my
calories before 3 or 4
pm, and carbs too. When I am loosing weight I always go to bed hungry. At night your
body will burn your
fat reserves if you do, if you eat before bed your
body will use that food to burn instead and you will not be burning
fat while you sleep. It is hard to do at first, I almost could not do it , cuz im a late eater by nature, my mom filled our tummys before we went to bed starting as an infant and never stopped, it was a life long habit for me. But it is the best feeling when you wake up in the morning you can actually feel smaller and then that help to get my day off to a good start mentally.
the Foods i eat really vary, i try as a rule to always eat clean, whole grains, lots and lots of veggies, and fruit. But i most def so eat bad food too, just only once and a while now, when i am eating clean i really cant stand the taste or smell of fast food. What you consume is what your
body will desire and crave.
