Thumbs up Time to start

Well it is time to start my diet.

As I said in my intro I was active and fit. But due to the change in life style I have gained a few to many pounds.
I now can not look at my self in the mirrow unless dressed and I am feeling slow tired and blowted (time for that to change).....

What are my goals, well that is simple to lose weight.
My weight is 98kg and my goal is 85kg.
But the path I will follow to do this is as follows:

1/ Make out a weekly food plan and count calories used and stick to this. Only shop to this plan if not on the list it stays in the shop.

2/ Eat 4 meals a day and no snacks at the desk.

3/ Follow a regular fittness programe that I can follow and stick too, plus enjoy doing.
(my mistake in the past has been trying follow a plan I could only just stick to when I was fit)

4/ Days of work get up and do more and not say (WELL I HAVE HAD A HARD WEEK LET ME SIT HERE AND DO SOD ALL)

5/ Last but not least involve my wife in the plan as this will help me to stick to it.

It sounds simple so here goes.......
What have I to lose............ (13kg hopfully)

Thanks
Rob
