don't worry it will get better. just get healthy and then start working out again. don't seek fast solutions. remember that it took time to gain the weight and it will take time to lose it. one step at the time. you lost 11
pounds in two weeks. that's a lot. i lost 4. and i feel awesome about it. reward yourself, but not with food.
and one more thing. i lose track of you because you're always starting new one

if you have problems finding it, just go to User CP and all threads you posted on are listed, especially if there's anything new written, so just find yours.
