I did better today. I am trying to cut out snacking and just do 3 meals a day. I had a coffee and
Atkins bar for breakfast,small bowl pasta for lunch and allowed a splurge at supper with a sandwich and small fry. I think I will do better if I allow myself a little bit of the things that I like. So I allowed for the fry and cut myself some slack on that. I am also trying to get more sleep because I heard that if you get enough rest,you will lose weight easier. Had to reschedule my gastroenterology appointment because my car isn't running the greatest but that was a blessing in disguise because I need to lose more weight before I go up there and save myself a lecture. Doctors always make
weight loss sound so easy but it's not especially if you take corticosteroids for asthma because they make you feel more hungry. I am planning on going Friday and buying a membership to the local physical therapy center
gym so I can start working out there.
