A recommendation to help with your portion control... try dividing up your portions so you don't question how much to eat and calorie counts. You can get tupperware/rubbermaid type stuff to help with this and they stack in the fridge and free up more space. Also small ziploc bags are good.
It'll takes a little extra work, and purchase of rubbermaid, but will DEFINITELY cut down on overindulgence. It will also cut down on buying snacks when you're out, cause you can pick up one of these small meals and put it right in your purse with a plastic fork. Try it! |
