I have been working out for a very long time. Many years spent doing the wrong things, few years spent doing the right things. I have always studied this stuff, but rarely implemented it on myself for some reason.
Once I actually started using my own smarts, I made more progress in 2 years than I did in the previous 5!
And as much as I hate the term, "hard gainer," I am one. My setpoint weight is probably around 150-160 lbs, meaning, that is where my
body would like to be naturally.
