| Thanks Heaps Thankyou everyone that replied to my posting...Thanks for the chicken info also... I think i pretty much knew I was having to much with the cooked stuff, just didn't want to admit it to myself....I hope I haven't stuffed my start up..I am on the right track now, and I am also keeping my meals fairly simple for a while... I have an egg and tomato and 1 cracker in the mornings, chicken, salad and 2 crackers at lunch, and meat, veges and 2 crackers for dinner..with my 2 pieces of fruit as morning and afternoon tea. I feel fairly good on this...I am weighing everything correctly...just so hard when cutting that skin off the cooked chook not to eat it ...but I haven't, gotta be strong..I think I will just do away with cooked chooks, and cook my own each time, then there won't be any temptations with the skin. Everyone on here seems so great with replying to everyones posts...I have been reading this forum for a few weeks now, before I started, and it really got me wanting to join....Also, I can't put my tracker thingy on here, it just doesn't work, I am doing what it says..???? Any suggestions? |
