some cheeses are processed - like american singles and velveeta (it usually says processed on the label)

i don't know if milk is or not - i haven't liked the stuff since i was a kid - i will eat yogurt though - some aged cheeses (like blue veined cheeses especially) i have occassional trouble with... lately i've been using goat cheeses and find they satisfy...
