Milk is definitely processed like crazy, unless you get raw milk straight from an Amish farmer or something. It's pasteurized, which destroys alot of nutrients, and the synthetic vitamin D that is added is considered a poison to the liver. Oh, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I don't want to repeat, so read this:
