I am in college and am a cross country and track runner. I weigh 158 and and 5'10... i just found out from dexa that i have 11.4%
body fat.
We have a steam room and sauna at our school that i could use everyday. I was wondering if I could lose some
body fat from being in the steam room for like 10 min. a day or if it just drains water weight? any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
