I've been doing Turbojam's
cardio and sculpt for about two weeks now. I really enjoyed this workout the best. It's the kind of intensity I'm looking for in a workout program. Unfortunately my knees is terribly effected by this. Yesterday after doing cardioparty and sculpt, my knees were in pain

After waking up this morning, it's still rather painful. So even though I want to continue doing my routine today, I think I'm going to have to back off until I get better
Anyone have any recommendation for workout videos with the same intensity as cardioparty but without being too hard on your knee?
