Join the club of chronic under-eaters who reside here on this forum.
So for you, your maintenance level is probably lower than 15
calories, depending on how long you have been eating like this. No big deal, unless you are having trouble losing weight. If that is the case, your
body, which it will inevitably do to ANYONE who is under-eating, has taken the necessary physiological survival steps to hinder your
weight loss. Once this occurs, the only way around it is to start eating more in a very systematic way.
