that was awesome info... I ahven't gotten through it all yet...but the whole color t hing... my mother in laws house is like an orange brown...k that makes it sound liek an ugly color... either way !! there is a lot of off shades of red and orange in her house... no wonder I feel like I eat like a pig at her house.. because I do !!!
I totally now understand how I gained 30 lbs in one year...that is soo terrible ! I do a lot of things I shouldn't be doing...
