SHEW! Ok, I just got finished working out and I feel so energized!
I ate some homemade chicken noodle soup earlier today for lunch (I didn't wake up in time to eat breakfast)
And after working out it said that I rode for 30 minutes, 15.2 miles, and burnt 737
calories!

And I've drank 50.7 oz of water..I'm proud of myself
I think I'll treat myself to Subway or Quiznos later hehe
