Hi Look this is my first day I am putting in for my cohens log. I successfully did cohens the first time around and am looking forward to losing the weight the second time around. I know I can lose the weight it is just the fact that I will need the support and help from friends going through this with me. I have now stopped breastfeeding my bub she is now 12months old and I feel this is the time for me. I am feeling confident and am really getting a good vibe from reading everyone elses success stories I am so proud of everyone they are doing so well!!
I just hope that now I have made the decision I will have the same strength to keep going like you all are..
Hoping to be lighter soon!!!
