Kashi bar Peanut butter

1 pb sammich 2 tbs pb
small salad w/lite ranch dressing.
2 bites of yeast roll
The peanut butter got the best of me today. UGH!!!!
Beverages: 86.6 water, 20 oz low
fat cappuccino, 1-8 oz coffee w/cream and sweet n low, 1
Exercise
Walking across campus to and from class 20 minutes. --that's all it gets today.
I have no idea about counting
calories and such, I don't normally keep up with numbers, but maybe I should.
