I've not been following any specific plan I've just been watching what I eat & making an effort to be more active. I try to walk at least one journey a day & I've been trying to avoid processed foods & confectionary. If i really want something then I just go for it & don't feel guilty so long as it's a "normal" size portion & it's not every day

Yeah I used to eat out of boredom too, I think boredom eating was a big factor in me becoming overweight & it is such a tough habbit to break. I tried to break it through will power alone and it was ok for a few days I'd always cave in. So I started making a list everything I ate out of bordom & I felt so guilty for adding to the list that i cut down a lot pretty quick! I don't keep a list anymore but sometimes i still get the boredom eating munchies! Most days I'm ok but I spent all night tonight trying to resist the urge! Argh!
