I just joined, and I am looking for support / motivation in this
weight loss journey!
I have lost weight before, but then I always seem to let it creep back on. This time is different though, and I am determined to reach my goals.
I used to eat out of boredom, but I have become a calorie counter. I am not on any specific
diet... just calorie counting and exercise.
