I just joined that competition! It will be my first one since joining... seeing how I just joined yesterday!
I am on no specific
diet... I have just been counting
calories (1200 a day), and I have been trying to be very active. If there is a day that I can't make it to the
gym, I will jog about half a mile around the block (which about kills me! I can't run!), or I jump rope, etc. Point being, I am just trying to be really active while watching what I am eating.
