| Thanks guys for all your support!!! And I have only just started... Day 1 over without a hitch, a but of a caffene withdrawl headache but its cool. My lovely little girl actually turns 1 on Feb 25 so she isn't really 1 yet but I spose I just get used to my older girls and counting the years by. The tony fergusons program is great as I said in another thread my mum and sister have done it and achieved great results.
I think that with caring about everyone else and me feeling so flat made me realise that I spent too much time and effort into worrying about everyone else that I forgot me so this is for me now.. |
