I've been trying to shed the weight for a couple of years now-it's just difficult when you're the only one and you fall off track. I'm short, 4ft 11", and the weight I am at does not look healthy. My mum is borderline diabetic and heart disease runs in the family- I'd like to try and avoid that. Plus, I have anemia, so I should be eating more nutritious foods, and ones high in iron! |
