That's awesome! Yes, as they say it's a lifestyle change that makes it all come together.
So I just need to tell my brain to shut up and listen to my stomach when it comes to the boredom munchies.

It's said that it also helps if you don't eat infront of the tv or computer because one minute its there and the next it's gone without you even knowing you ate it. That's happened to me a couple of times.
I have a
gym membership which im starting to put to use but i need to think of other things to do in between
gym days (I try to go to the
gym everyother day). I live in Canada though and it's freezing here so its hard to go out and take a walk. Any ideas?
