yeah! its possible.. wen i started off, i started with 600 cals a day n used to be dead by the end.. now i lose 3000-3500 a day dependoin on my mood on cardiovascular and then go onto using the
weights which i dun count cuz i dunno wht i lose n how much.!
i use the
treadmill for 4 hours at once..! and thn bike for 30 mins!
