Seriously, only you can answer yourself, do you want to lose weight? Are you ready to make the changes that will help you reach your
goal?
It's good you didn't gain weight, and there is nothing wrong (and probably healthy in the long run) to cycle up
calories - but try to do it with good food - and oreos don't count
You CAN do this - but only you can make it a priority!
