I got up this morning and checked the scale and was unhappy to see it was 1.2 lbs more than yesterday, so that kicked my butt into gear! I'm pretty sure I did a good job at counting my
calories because I was writing everything down, multiplying and dividing etc.
I'm thinking I might try to get on the machines tonight and do some
strength training, or do my calisthenics workout since I haven't started that yet.
